I’m excited to join the team at REAL Massage LKN and bring my passion for therapeutic bodywork to the Lake Norman community. Becoming a massage therapist has been a long-time goal of mine—one that started early, growing up on a farm in rural Nebraska with 11 older siblings. I was often practicing my “skills” on them from a young age… charging just 25 cents (or a can of soda).

I bring a strong work ethic, a great sense of humor, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right for every client I work with. I’m also a proud mom of five young adult children and now happily call the Lake Norman area home.

A US Army veteran and experienced massage therapist, William Morrow brings over ten years of expertise to his practice. He specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Traditional Thai Foot Massage, and Senior Massage, with additional experience in Japanese Zen Facial Massage and Egyptian Reflexology. William is known for his detail-oriented approach, blending technique and intuition to create sessions that are both therapeutic and relaxing. A graduate of NC Massage School in Cornelius, NC, he is committed to helping clients reduce stress and restore balance.

With a diverse background spanning laboratory work in the pharmaceutical industry, special education, and fitness instruction, Debbie Zilli has found her true calling as a massage therapist. Driven by a deep passion for caregiving and a continuous curiosity about the sciences and the human body, she is dedicated to helping clients feel their best. Debbie tailors each massage session to the unique needs of her clients, drawing on her broad skill set and commitment to ongoing learning. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, healing experiences that address both the joys and challenges each day brings.
